I expected something very basic for the price, was very impressed with the amount of space in the room. Beds were very comfy, everything clean, spacious bathroom facilities. Had a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Conveniently located, minutes walk to servo and take away, short drive to shopping centre and main streets of Dubbo. Included pool access.

Reasonably central in Dubbo but need a car to get anywhere. We booked a ground-room floor (with car outside), this was confirmed, but on arrival we were allocated upstairs room. After negotiation, Manageress shuffled and we had a downstairs room (we did arrive early, so this could be accommodated. Thank you. Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. We parked the car at the door, safe off-street. There is a Restaurant on the premises, but we opted to go into the town for dinner. Yes, recommended for a stay.

The staff at the motel were more than friendly, they were authentically caring and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Everything worked! Which is always a bonus to have functioning TV and AC. Overall, it was a good base for our stay in Dubbo.

Lots of space in room, had the king room with extra bedroom . Was not far from main shopping area and close to the zoo .. was quiet during the night for sleeping ..

It was in a good location for my trip. The room was large. There was a table lounge microwave. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. The bathroom was ample and light over the mirror strong. The soap dispensers were practical and worked well and included shaving crème and moisturiser. A toaster kettle mugs etc enabled bringing my own food. AC was good. I was warm and comfortable.

Clean and had everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights and they gave us housekeeping services after the first night. Central location.

Very comfortable beds great shower water hot & great water pressure had very thing needed only thing the lights over queen bed & one single not working

Everyone was so lovely, the room was fantastic and easily movable for accommodating little kids. Kids loved the pool, at night it’s well lit if you need to walk back to the car for anything. Cleaners did a great job cleaning around 2 toddlers toys, appreciates that.

The room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other belongings. The shower was excellent and again room for toiletries in the adjoining space. Plenty of coffee etc was another good point plus a microwave oven. Free bottled water in the fridge was another extra.
